- The offer is for Both the purchaser and the recipient prepaid customers only.
- Customers cannot just buy validity. They need to buy at least one of the items of Internet Data/Minutes/SMS before they choose validity. Choosing only validity is not allowed. Please note the following:

- MINUTES ( Any Network or GP-GP only ) : 10, 30, 50, 75, 100, 300, 500

- SMS : 10,50,100,1000

- Customers who are already enjoying Smart Plan or Unlimited Data pack will not get this Plan, but their other items can be chose Minutes, SMS, and validity will work accordingly. Thus, it is recommended to the customers using SMART PLAN or Unlimited DATA offer NOT TO CHOOSE any DATA pack in "Flexi Plan".
- On the same account, choosing validity after choosing the items is also a must. Customers cannot only just choose Data/Minutes/SMS and abstain from choosing any validity.
- The PIN that a customer receives for purchasing the bundle, is not to be shared with others for his/her own safety as this may lead to fraudulent activity. Forwarding the OTP to others may give rise to the forwarder's mobile balance account deduction as the fraud may use the MSISDN of others as "Payers" account and his own MSISDN as the recipient in the "GIFT" option.
- All customers, who are choosing the bundles by seeing all the combinations and clicking "Agree & Continue" button, are solely responsible for their own pack choosing.
